WiiFit doesn’t keep in mind that muscle is heavier than fat

WiiFit, Nintendo, Wii, Wii Balance Board, BMI, WiiFat, WiiFitnessHere and there you read stories about little girls disappointed when the Wii Balance Board and WiiFit told them that they are fat. Just keep in mind that the Wii Balance Board doesn’t know everything about your body. It’s a great piece of technology, but there’s a few things it doesn’t know. The most important thing it doesn’t know is how much muscles you have in your body. Muscles are four times heavier than fat, so somebody with a lot of muscles might be told that he/she is fat even though that it isn’t true. The guy in this video isn’t too happy with what the Wii Balance Board tells him…
